Bharat Bhushan Finance declares Q1 FY27 unaudited results

Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the fixation of time, date, and mode for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 25, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. The company also approved the Notice of the 34th AGM, Directors' Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, and other annexures to the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the book closure for the AGM and dividend payment was set from September 19 to September 25, 2026, with a record date of September 18, 2026. An appointment of a Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for e-voting was also confirmed.
