Bharat Coking Coal Ltd Holds 55th AGM

Bharat Coking Coal Limited conducted its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 7, 2026, via Video Conference/Audio Visual Means. The meeting, which commenced at 10:00 AM and concluded at 12:19 PM, addressed seven key proposals. These included the adoption of standalone audited financial statements for FY2026, appointment of directors retiring by rotation, ratification of remuneration for Cost Auditors for FY2025-26 at ₹17.60 Lakhs, and appointment of M/s Mahata Agarwal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030. Additionally, Shri Rajesh Kumar was appointed as a Director.
