BDL FY26 Profit ₹42,033.76 Lakh, Revenue ₹2,41,535.96 Lakh; Recommends ₹0.40 Div

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) reported audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company posted a profit of ₹42,033.76 lakh, down from ₹54,964.52 lakh in the previous year. Revenue from operations for FY26 stood at ₹2,41,535.96 lakh, a decrease from ₹3,32,307.29 lakh in FY25. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, profit was ₹11,318.21 lakh and revenue was ₹48,862.34 lakh, both significantly lower than the previous year's corresponding quarter. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.40 per share (face value ₹5/- each) for FY26, in addition to the interim dividend of ₹4.50 already paid.
