BDL FY26 Profit ₹420.34 Cr, Q4 Profit ₹113.18 Cr; Recommends ₹0.40 Dividend

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For the full fiscal year 2025-26, the company reported a total revenue from operations of ₹2,44,179.18 Lakh and a profit for the period of ₹42,033.76 Lakh, compared to ₹3,34,505.16 Lakh revenue and ₹54,964.52 Lakh profit in the previous fiscal year. For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, BDL recorded a total revenue from operations of ₹48,020.44 Lakh and a profit of ₹11,318.21 Lakh, significantly lower than Q4 FY25. The Board of Directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹0.40 per equity share (face value ₹5/- each) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. An interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share was previously paid in February 2026, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to ₹4.90 per share.
