Bharat Dynamics Ltd to Consider Interim Dividend and Share Sub-division

The company has informed the Board of Directors meeting to be held on 21st March 2024 to consider and approve the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24 and sub-division of equity shares. The record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend has been changed to 2nd April 2024. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all insiders from 1st March 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of the decision of the Board of Directors regarding payment of interim dividend.,
