Bharat Forge Subsidiary, Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd., Wins Contracts Valued at Over Rs. 2,500 Mn for Underwater Systems from Indian MoD

Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd. (KSSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited, has been awarded contracts valued at more than Rs. 2,500 Mn by the Indian Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the supply of underwater systems. The contracts, signed on 10th November 2025, require delivery within a year, i.e., by November 2026, in line with Fast Track procurement norms. KSSL has been building capabilities in unmanned marine systems over the past 5 years and has already supplied autonomous underwater vehicles in service with the Indian Navy. The company is focusing on underwater domain, naval guns, and marine equipment, aligning closely with the Indian Navy's urgent and mission-critical requirements, and remains committed to timely delivery of advanced solutions.
