Bharat Forge Transfers Defence Business to Kalyani Strategic Systems for Rs. 4,533 million

Bharat Forge Ltd has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL), for the transfer of identified assets and related obligations of the Defence Business. The transfer is on an itemized sale basis for a consideration of Rs. 4,533 million. Additionally, an Intellectual Property Rights Licensing Agreement has been signed between the two entities. This move is in continuation of the company's earlier intimation dated June 30, 2025, regarding the transition of the Defence Business to KSSL.
