BHEL Receives LOI from Damodar Valley Corporation for 2x800 MW Koderma Phase-II Thermal Power Station

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) for setting up the 2x800 MW Koderma Phase-II Thermal Power Station at Koderma district, Jharkhand on EPC basis. The project is estimated to be in excess of Rs. 10,000 Cr. excl. taxes & duties and is to be completed within 52 months. The LOI includes the supply of equipment such as Boiler, Turbine, Generator and associated auxiliaries along with electrical and Balance of Plant packages, Erection & Commissioning, and Civil Works.
