Bharat Parenterals Recommends Final Dividend of ₹1 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Bharat Parenterals Ltd, in its meeting held on May 18, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share of ₹10 each (10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM and applicable tax deductions, will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the AGM date. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed the cost and internal auditors.
