BPCL Appoints Pushp Kumar Nayar as Director (Human Resources)

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) announced the appointment of Shri Pushp Kumar Nayar as Director (Human Resources), effective May 27, 2026, until his superannuation or further orders. Shri Nayar, previously Executive Director (Corporate HR), brings over 35 years of experience across marketing, HR, and leadership roles within BPCL and Indraprastha Gas Limited. He currently serves as Chairman of Arunachal Gas Private Limited and has held board positions in Central UP Gas Limited and Sabarmati Gas Limited. Shri Nayar holds 15,048 shares of BPCL and is not related to any of the company's directors or key managerial personnel.
