Bharat Rasayan Ltd Announces Stock Split, Sub-division of Shares & Bonus Issue with Record Date on December 12, 2025

Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has fixed December 12, 2025, as the Record Date for the purpose of Stock Split/ Subdivision of Shares & Bonus Issue. The company will sub-divide every one existing Equity Share of face value ₹10 each fully paid-up into two Equity Shares of face value ₹5 each fully paid-up. Additionally, the company will issue up to 83,10,536 Equity Shares of face value ₹5 each in the ratio of 1:1, i.e., 1 Bonus Equity Share for every 1 existing fully paid-up equity share of ₹5 each. The deemed date of allotment of Bonus Equity Shares will be Monday, December 15, 2025, and these Bonus Equity Shares shall be available for trading on the next working date of the allotment, i.e., by Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
