Bharat Road Network Ltd Holds 19th AGM

Bharat Road Network Ltd convened its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was conducted in compliance with guidelines from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI. Mr. Mohan Ram Goenka, Practising Company Secretary, was appointed as the Scrutinizer to oversee the remote e-voting and e-AGM voting process.
