Bharat Seats Ltd: Rishabh Relan Re-appointed Whole Time Director for 3 Years

Bharat Seats Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rishabh Relan as Whole Time Director for a term of three years, effective February 4, 2027, to February 3, 2030. He holds a Bachelor's in Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a 6 Sigma Diploma in lean manufacturing. His re-appointment focuses on operational excellence and company growth. He is the son of Mr. Rohit Relan, Chairman & Managing Director, and holds no shares in the company.
