Bharat Textiles & Proofing Industries Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on 12th February 2026. The agenda includes the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025, limited review report for the same quarter, and the appointment of Jain Sonesh& Associates as the secretarial auditor for the financial year 2025-26. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair will also be considered.
