Lloyds Group increases stake in Bharat Wire Ropes to 5.77%

Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited, along with Lloyds Enterprises Limited (as Person Acting in Concert), has acquired 36,46,875 equity shares, representing 5.31% of Bharat Wire Ropes Limited's paid-up share capital. This acquisition was made through open market purchases on April 17, 2026. Following this transaction, the combined shareholding of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited and its PAC in Bharat Wire Ropes Limited has increased from 0.46% to 5.77%. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
