Bharat Wire Ropes Re-appoints Sushil Sharda as Whole-Time Director for 5 Years

Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sushil Sharda as Whole-Time Director for a term of five years, effective May 19, 2027. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Sharda, who also serves as the Finance Head, has been with the company since 2010 and brings over 31 years of experience in finance and accounting. His re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
