Nxtra Data to Acquire Up to 85% Stake in Rochak & Rovision

Bharti Airtel's subsidiary, Nxtra Data Limited, has entered into agreements to acquire up to 85% stake each in Rochak Systems Private Limited and Rovision Tech Hub Private Limited. These entities are recently incorporated in India and are yet to commence commercial operations, with plans to develop land for data centre construction. The acquisition aims to expand Nxtra Data's data centre business. The consideration will be cash-based, with the acquisition price based on agreed valuations, which are not disclosed due to confidentiality. The transactions do not currently fall under related party transactions, but future tranches, if any, will be conducted at arm's length.
