Bharti Airtel Subsidiary, Airtel Money Limited, Registered as NBFC-ND by RBI

In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Bharti Airtel Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary, Airtel Money Limited, has received a Certificate of Registration from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Deposit accepting Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ND). The certificate, bearing Registration No. N-14.03676 dated February 13, 2026, allows Airtel Money Limited to commence the business of non-banking financial institution without accepting public deposits, subject to the conditions prescribed by the RBI. The RBI has issued a disclaimer stating that it does not guarantee the financial soundness of the company or the correctness of any statements made by the company.
