Bharti Hexacom Sets July 31, 2026 Record Date for Final Dividend

Bharti Hexacom Limited has announced July 31, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. This follows the Board of Directors' recommendation of a ₹18 per equity share dividend, subject to member approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 11, 2026.
