Bhatia Comm Declares FY26 Results; Recommends ₹0.01 Dividend

Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Ltd. announced its standalone audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors, in its meeting on May 25, 2026, approved the financial results and recommended a final dividend of ₹0.01 per equity share (1%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Mittal as the Internal Auditor for five years, commencing April 1, 2026.
