Bhilwara Technical Textiles Reappoints MD & CEO, Independent Director

Bhilwara Technical Textiles Ltd announced the re-appointment of Shri Shekhar Agarwal as Managing Director & CEO for a three-year term from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030. Additionally, Shri Rakesh Kumar Ojha has been re-appointed as Non-executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective November 10, 2026, to November 9, 2031. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from its statutory auditors.
