Bijoy Hans adopts TCWG Committee & Two-Way Communication Policy

Bijoy Hans Ltd's Board of Directors, through a circular resolution on April 28, 2026, approved the identification of Those Charged with Governance (TCWG) and adopted a related policy. In accordance with the NFRA Circular dated January 7, 2026, the company's Audit Committee has been designated as the primary TCWG for all audit-related communications. The Audit Committee comprises Mr. Rahul Ravindra Mayur (Chairperson), Mr. Brijesh Jugalkishor Biyani, and Mr. Kaushal Uttam Shah. Additionally, Mr. Ranganath Abhiram, Chief Financial Officer, was appointed as the Nodal Officer. The Board also approved and adopted a Policy on Statutory Auditor–TCWG Two-Way Communication Framework, aligning with NFRA requirements.
