Arvaya Healthcare Acquires SIGPL for ₹15.48 Cr via Preferential Allotment

Arvaya Healthcare Ltd (formerly Bijoy Hans Limited) announced board approval for the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Sushodha Institute of Gastroenterology Private Limited (SIGPL) for ₹15.48 crore. The consideration will be discharged through a preferential allotment of up to 38,71,854 equity shares at ₹40 per share. The company also approved a Rights Issue to raise up to ₹210 crore and formed a Rights Issue Committee to manage the process. The acquisition is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
