Bijoy Hans Ltd Appoints Bidari Kotresh Anilkumar as Executive Director

Bijoy Hans Ltd (now Arvaya Healthcare Limited) announced the appointment of Mr. Bidari Kotresh Anilkumar as an Additional Director, designated as Executive Director. This appointment, effective July 4, 2026, is based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Anilkumar brings over 12 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and management, having previously held senior positions at Vaatsalya Hospitals, Cloudnine Hospitals, and Vikram Hospitals. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a director position by any regulatory authority. The appointment is for a term of three years.
