Bikaji Foods International Ltd Approves Joint Venture with C. G. Foods Nepal Limited and Incorporation of Section 8 Company

Bikaji Foods International Ltd has approved a joint venture with C. G. Foods Nepal Limited for manufacturing, trading, and marketing of snacks, namkeen, bhujia, papad, and packaged sweets in Nepal. The company also approved the incorporation of a Section 8 Company named 'BIKAJI FOUNDATION'. Furthermore, a loan agreement was approved with Bikaji Bakes Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
