Bikaji Foods Partners Bakery Expert Thayekunni Khaleel for Bikaji Bakes

Bikaji Foods International Limited has announced a strategic partnership with Mr. Thayekunni Khaleel, a renowned bakery industry expert, through its subsidiary Bikaji Bakes Private Limited (BBPL). Bikaji Foods has transferred a 30% equity stake in BBPL to Mr. Khaleel, retaining a 70% majority stake, ensuring BBPL remains a subsidiary. This collaboration aims to leverage Mr. Khaleel's technical expertise and global experience with Bikaji's market understanding, distribution network, and retail presence to drive growth in the Indian bakery sector.
