Bilcare Ltd: Guttikonda Rajasekhar & Others Disclose Shareholding Change

Bilcare Limited has received a disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, from Guttikonda Rajasekhar and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) including Guttikonda Anuradha and Guttikonda Vara Lakshmi. The disclosure details a change in shareholding consequent upon the disposal of shares. Prior to the disposal, the combined holding of the acquirers was 17.07% of the total diluted share capital. Following the sale of 2.64% of the total share capital (amounting to 6,15,180 shares for ₹23.54 Crores), their post-disposal holding is reduced. Guttikonda Vara Lakshmi now holds 12.27% and Guttikonda Rajasekhar holds 2.05%.
