Billwin Industries Gets ToT for Indian Navy Submarine Escape Suit

Billwin Industries Limited has received a Transfer of Technology (ToT) certificate from the Ministry of Defence for the manufacturing of Hydro Suits (Submarine Escape Suits) for the Indian Navy. The agreement was formally handed over by the Defence Minister.
