The board will consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the calendar quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The trading window closure period for dealing in the securities of the company for all promoters, directors, designated employees, and other connected persons had commenced on 1st January 2026 and will be valid till 48 hours after the completion of the board meeting.
