BIL Vyapar to hold 11th Committee of Creditors meeting on May 19, 2026

Bil Vyapar Limited (formerly known as Binani Industries Limited), currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has announced that its Eleventh meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Para 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR.
