Trading Window of Binayak Tex Processors Ltd. to Remain Closed Until After Q4 2025 Results

Binayak Tex Processors Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window under clause 4 of schedule B SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The window will remain closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be intimated separately.
