String Metaverse: Board Meeting Outcome Correction & Director Changes

String Metaverse Ltd has issued a revised outcome of its Board Meeting held on June 2, 2026. The revision corrects a typographical error regarding the effective date of resignation for Mr. Ghanshyam Das, Chairman & Director, from May 29, 2026, to May 28, 2026. The meeting also noted the resignation of Mr. Arvind Jadhav as Independent Director and approved the appointment of Dr. Sethurathnam Ravi as Director and Chairman, subject to member approval. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee was also reconstituted.
