Biocon Ltd: New CEO, CFO, Key Managerial Personnel Appointed; Several Senior Management Personnel Cease

Biocon Ltd announced changes in its leadership roles following a board meeting on March 27, 2026. The board accepted the resignation of Mr. Siddharth Mittal as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director and Mr. Mukesh Kamath as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Shreehas Pradeep Tambe has been appointed as the new CEO and MD, while Mr. Kedar Narayan Upadhye will take over as the Chief Financial Officer. Furthermore, the board designated Mr. Akhilesh Nand as Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel. Several senior management personnel, including Abhijit Zutshi, Manoj Kumar Pananchukunnath, Arun Kumar Gupta, Maninder Kapoor Puri, Nitin Tiwari, Vishal Nayyar, and Amit Kaptain, will cease to be a part of the company's senior management effective March 31, 2026.
