Biocon Ltd: New CEO & MD Appointed, CFO Resigns, Key Managerial Personnel Changes

Biocon Ltd announced changes in its leadership roles in its recent board meeting. The board accepted the resignation of Mr. Siddharth Mittal, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, and Mr. Mukesh Kamath, the Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective from March 31, 2026. Mr. Shreehas Pradeep Tambe has been appointed as the new CEO and MD, and Mr. Kedar Narayan Upadhye as the Chief Financial Officer. Furthermore, the board designated Mr. Akhilesh Nand as Key Managerial Personnel, and Mr. Naveen Narayanan and Mr. Mandar Shrikant Ghatnekar as Senior Management Personnel. The board also approved the cessation of seven Senior Management Personnel with effect from March 31, 2026.
