Biofil Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced its decision to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the leasehold rights of an industrial land approximately 80156 square meters in size. The land is currently vacant and located at Plot No. 8, Sector-3, Kheda Industrial Estate, Pithampur, Dist. Dhar (M.P.). The expected completion date of this sale is on or before December 31st, 2025, subject to approval from shareholders and Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation-MPIDC. The turnover of the undertaking is 674.18 Lacs or revenue or income, and it contributed 20.18% to the total turnover of the company during the last financial year. The net worth contributed by the undertaking is 922.07 Lacs, which is 49.09% of the total net worth of the company.
