Birla Capital Appoints Ravindra Sharma as Manager

Birla Capital & Financial Services Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ravindra Sharma as the 'Manager' of the Company. The Board of Directors approved the appointment at a meeting held on August 31, 2026. The appointment is effective from September 1, 2026, for a term of one year, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. Mr. Sharma holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree and possesses over 20 years of experience in the trust and finance sectors. He is not debarred from holding such an office by any SEBI order.
