Birla Precision Board Approves Financial Results, Appoints Auditors

Birla Precision Technologies Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also appointed M/s SAMP & Co. as Internal Auditors and Mr. Jayant B Galande as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, the 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 09, 2026, and September 03, 2026, has been fixed as the record date for the final dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to declaration at the AGM.
