Birla Precision sets Sep 3, 2026 as record date for final dividend

Birla Precision Technologies Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved September 03, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. This is subject to the declaration of the dividend by the members at the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 09, 2026. The Board also reviewed the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed internal and cost auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
