Birla Transasia Carpets Ltd's Board of Directors approved the standalone audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The board meeting, which commenced at 01:00 p.m. and concluded at 02:05 p.m., also included the review of the Statutory Auditor’s Report. Joshi Chhadva & Co LLP conducted the audit and issued an independent auditor's report, stating that the financial results present a true and fair view of the company's financial position as of March 31, 2026.
