Bits Ltd Appoints New Statutory Auditors, Sets AGM Date

Bits Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 27, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. P R P A & Company LLP as Statutory Auditors, filling a casual vacancy. The board also approved alterations to the Memorandum of Association, fixed the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 27, 2026, and approved its notice and agenda. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 21-27, 2026, for the AGM. Ms. Pritika Nagi was appointed as the e-voting scrutinizer for the AGM, with e-voting available from September 24-26, 2026. The draft Director's Report for FY 2025-26 was also approved.
