Bizotic Commercial Appoints Abhishek Shah as Independent Director

Bizotic Commercial Ltd has appointed Mr. Abhishek Ileshkumar Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective October 10, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shah holds B.Com, M.Com, and MBA degrees and has completed the Intermediate Chartered Accountancy course, bringing expertise in finance, accounting, and corporate governance. He also serves as Chairman of the reconstituted Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
