Bizotic Commercial Ltd Allots 12,58,000 Convertible Warrants to Promoter and Promoter Group Category

Bizotic Commercial Ltd has allotted 12,58,000 Convertible Warrants to the allottees belonging to the Promoter and Promoter Group Category. The warrants, each entitling the holder to convert into one fully paid-up Equity Share, were allotted at a price of Rs. 290.00/- per Warrant. The allotment was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Saturday, 215th February, 2026. The warrants can be converted into equity shares within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment upon payment of the balance consideration.
