Bizotic Commercial Ltd has allotted 3,44,000 (Three Lakhs Forty-Four Thousand) Convertible Warrants to M/s. Bizotic Industries Private Limited, a company belonging to the Promoter and Promoter Group Category. Each Warrant is priced at Rs. 290/- (Rupees Two Hundred Ninety Only) and entitles the holder to convert it into one fully paid-up Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10.00/- (Rupees Ten Only) each within a period of 18 (Eighteen) months from the date of allotment.
