Bizotic Commercial Ltd Receives Rs. 6.98 Crores for 214th Tranche of Convertible Warrants

Bizotic Commercial Ltd has informed about the receipt of the 214th tranche of consideration for allotment of convertible warrants ('Warrants') to the persons/entity(ies) belonging to the 'Promoter and Promoter Group Category'. The warrants were issued at a price of Rs. 290.00/- (including a premium of Rs. 280.00/- each and face value of Rs. 10.00/- each) on a preferential basis, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018. The consideration for the 214th tranche amounted to Rs. 6,98,32,000/- (Rupees Six Crores Ninety-Eight Lakhs Thirty-Two Thousand Only) from M/s. Bizotic Industries Private Limited.
