BKV Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31.12.2025

BKV Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2025. The closure will be in effect from 1st January 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the same period. This decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. During this period, promoters and designated persons of the company will not be able to engage in any buy or sell transactions of the company's shares. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
