Black Rose and Koei Chemical initiate feasibility study for amine products manufacturing project

Black Rose Industries Limited, Mumbai, India (Black Rose) and Koei Chemical Company, Limited, Tokyo, Japan (Koei Chemical) have initiated a feasibility study for a collaborative project on the production of amine products. Black Rose will establish manufacturing facilities using technologies and know-how provided by Koei Chemical. The parties expect to enter into definitive agreements and proceed with plant construction upon feasibility establishment. This project will strengthen the collaboration between Black Rose and Koei Chemical, and enhance Koei Chemical's competitiveness and footprint outside Japan.
