Black Rose Industries: Pollution Control Board Revokes Closure Order

The Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) has permanently revoked the closure directions for Black Rose Industries' plant at Jhagadia Industrial Estate, Bharuch, Gujarat. The revocation, dated 19th May, 2026, was issued under Section 33-A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, following the prescribed procedure. This allows the company to resume operations at the specified plant.
