ACN Financial Services Acquires 10.06% Stake in BLB Ltd: SEBI Disclosure

ACN Financial Services Ltd has acquired a 10.06% stake in BLB Ltd. The acquisition was made through the purchase of 53,17,668 shares carrying voting rights. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The acquisition was made on 20-02-2026. The total equity share capital of BLB Ltd before the acquisition was Rs. 5,28,65,258.00 (52865258 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) and after the acquisition, it remains the same. The total diluted share/voting capital of the TC after the said acquisition/ sale is also Rs. 5,28,65,258.00 (52865258 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
