Brij Rattan Bagri, Promoter and Managing Director of BLB Limited, has acquired 1,06,971 equity shares of the company through open market transactions on September 11, 2026. This acquisition represents 0.21% of the total share capital. Following the purchase, Bagri's total holding in BLB Limited increased from 46.81% to 47.02%.
