NCLT Approves Resolution Plan for Bloom Dekor Ltd

Bloom Dekor Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Dr. Sunil Gupta, Mr. Karan Singh Wilkhoo, and associated parties. The company was admitted into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) on October 11, 2023. The approved Resolution Plan, which received 100% approval from the Committee of Creditors, is now binding on all stakeholders. The NCLT's order was pronounced on June 18, 2026. Further disclosures regarding the implementation of the plan, including changes in management and shareholding, will be made upon receipt of the certified order copy.
